Phil is passionate about those he represents, as well as the sports they play. A baseball “lifer,” Phil has been around the game since early childhood — playing for several years before transitioning into coaching and, ultimately, the agency industry.

Born in Queens, New York, Phil currently resides in Palm Beach County, Florida with his wife and two sons.

As Director of Baseball Operations, Shiela manages the day-to-day operations for Primetime Sports Group. Prior to joining Primetime Sports Group, Shiela developed her management skills at a large New York City real estate firm.

A lifelong athlete herself, Shiela grew up playing baseball and softball, and still plays in a co-ed adult league. Born on an Army base in Berlin, West Germany, Shiela was raised in New York before relocating to South Florida. Shiela is a mother of four and enjoys spending what little free time she does have watching her two youngest sons play baseball.
